1. If a product is delivered defective or broken or the item's size differs from what was ordered, please initiate an exchange or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  3. The exchange can be made if the original receipt and barcode tag are present. Items will not be accepted for exchange if they are discovered to be worn, damaged, or shrunk.

  6. Orders placed internationally are not subject to the return or exchange policy.
